This dude drives by me all slow with his pedo-van honking at me & giving me the stink-eye awhile back. I wasn't sure what to make of it since I was just walking down Grant St like I've done a thousand times before. I figured it had something to do with what I look like since there's always (white) people ready to teach me how I might look like to people like him who want to teach me the life lesson that he's in the position to teach me that life lesson, and (of course) I must've never learned that life lesson since there I am walking through a neighborhood that I've walked through a thousand times before looking like I do.

That was before I knew about the controversy with the Mental Health Transitional Living Facilities in the area. I had no idea that these lower-middle class people around thought themselves as to high & mighty to be subjected to being forced to reside in the same neighborhood as people who have experienced the most atrocious kinds of abuses themselves as children and/or as adults. I can attest for a fact that people who live in those facilities have suffered violent crimes committed against them that were never pursued by law enforcement, nobody charged, convicted, or punished, so no the people have no immediate evidence of crimes committed against them so it's assumed that they're lying or exaggerating or whatever, but that doesn't matter to anyone like this dude driving around in his decrepit pedo-van.

Of course I get the nuance (I ain't dumb) that maybe that all is understood and it's not the set of people I've described that are the issue. Of course then there I am walking down the street and get honked at from some idiot. It's a form of a physical threat and oh, haha, I get the rationale that "no harm, no foul" type thing in which I shouldn't be such a wimp about any of it since there I am walking through an area where I can be misconstrued for someone who doesn't understand how I might look like to a man like Mr. Drotar (is what I think his surname is).

I suspect the dude inherited his house, is the thing, and has a serious Dunning–Kruger effect going on combined with a vigilante posit so he's dumb & dangerous in other words.
